1) Express shipping is not available for P.O. mailboxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) It takes 1-3 days for the warehouse to process your order after the order is paid for. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.
3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated arrival time. However, actual delivery dates may be affected by external factors such as flight schedules, weather conditions, etc. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
4) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact customer service within 45 days of the order date to verify. For other order, product, and logistics related issues, please be sure to contact customer service within 90 days from the date of your order.
5) Please click the “Confirm Shipping” button within 6 months (from the date of shipment). After that, the button will be grayed out and cannot be used to earn additional points.
We hope you like the product you ordered! But in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.
1. You have a maximum of 45 days to return your item. You must send your return package back postmarked within 45 days of the date of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 45 days from the date of purchase.
2. Shipping is free on the first return of any order. You must use the shipping label we provide and then send the package back postmarked within 45 days of the date of purchase.
After you have returned an item from your order but want to make an additional return for an additional item, you must do so within 45 days of the date of purchase. There are two ways to do this.
① You may use the shipping label we provided and pay the $7.99 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
② You may use your own shipping method at your own expense.
1. You may only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with their original tags/packaging and sanitary stickers intact.
2. The following items are not returnable: tights, underwear, jewelry, beauty products, lingerie, event and party supplies, DIY items, pet supplies and accessories (except scarves, bags and mermaid blankets). We are unable to offer a refund on cosmetics if the hygiene seal is broken.
3. Items with a non-returnable mark and freebies cannot be returned.
